Our day tours are all-inclusive on purpose. The point is to remove every barrier between you and the trail, so the price you're quoted covers the whole experience — not a stripped-down base rate with add-ons stacked on top.

Choose your ride length
Half-day tours (roughly two to four hours of ride time) are the sweet spot for first-timers, families, and anyone who wants a taste of desert riding without committing the whole day. You'll cover real terrain, learn the basics on the move, and be back with plenty of daylight left.
Full-day tours are the main event — a full day linking washes, ridgelines, and technical sections with a lunch stop in the middle. For riders who want the golden-hour magic, sunset tours time the ride so you're cresting a desert ridge as the light goes orange. And if you want the whole crew to yourselves, private tours let us tailor the route, pace, and stops entirely around your group.
Where we ride
Most Phoenix-area tours stage in the open Sonoran desert around Wickenburg, the Bulldog Canyon and Tonto National Forest corridors, and the wash systems near Fountain Hills and the far East Valley — huge networks of singletrack, sandy washes, and rocky climbs within an hour of the city.
Farther out, we run tours in Arizona's other great riding geographies: the red-rock forest roads around Sedona, the technical southern desert near Tucson, and the cool ponderosa-pine trails of the high country near Flagstaff and Prescott when the low desert gets too hot. Wherever we ride, the guide already knows the trail — where it flows, where it bites, and where the view is worth stopping for.
Built for every skill level
You do not need experience to book a guided tour. A large share of our riders have never touched a dirt bike, and the tour is designed to bring them up to speed safely — controls, braking, body position, and trail reading, taught on gentle terrain before the group moves on.

Advanced groups skip the warm-up and go straight for the technical stuff: rocky climbs, tight singletrack, and the kind of backcountry mileage that makes a full day feel like an expedition. Mixed-ability group? That's what guides are for — we split pace, add a second guide when needed, and keep everyone together and grinning.
Safety is the whole job
Desert riding is incredible and it demands respect — heat, remote terrain, and monsoon flash flooding are all real. Our guides manage those risks so you don't have to. Rides are matched to skill, gear is never optional, hydration is planned into the day, and routes get adjusted or rescheduled when heat or storms make a trail unsafe.
Arizona takes rider training seriously too — the state now requires an OHV safety course for registered off-highway riders, and that same safety-first mindset runs through every tour we lead. You'll finish the day with more skill than you started, and the confidence to ride again.

All-inclusive guided rent-and-ride day tours typically run around $375 per rider for a full day — that covers the bike, full protective gear, fuel, an experienced guide, and lunch. Half-day tours and multi-rider group bookings are priced lower; request a quote with your dates and group size for exact pricing.
No. Many of our riders are complete first-timers. Every tour starts with a briefing and a warm-up on gentle terrain to teach the controls and basics before the group moves on, and the guide sets the route and pace to match the least-experienced rider in the group.
We provide the bike and all protective gear. You bring long sleeves or a base layer, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a willingness to drink more water than feels normal — desert riding demands aggressive hydration. Full-day tours include lunch and trail water.
October through April is prime season in the low desert around Phoenix and Tucson, with mild temperatures. In summer, tours start at dawn or move to the cooler high country near Flagstaff and Prescott. We schedule and time every ride around the heat and monsoon conditions.
